As 2010 draws to a close I'd like to wish our all our friends and extended families a very Merry Xmas, a Happy New Year and Seasons Greetings.

I hope that the holiday season & start of another year brings love, luck, health, happiness and laughter to us all.

Below is a quick recap of our year so far and a look forward into what we've got planned for 2011...

2010 was a brilliant year for us!

The first half of the year was spent building up a solid client base, working to increase our brand awareness and reputation. Alongside this, we were crossing the "t's" and dotting the "i's" on all sorts of exciting forms and documents to allow us to take possession of our first high street retail premises! And anyone who knows me, knows just how much I love forms and paperwork! :-)

After many months of "negotiating", we achieved our goal and in early summer, we finally got the keys! After a month or so of day-and-night building, wiring, painting, flooring and who-knows-what else, we opened at 105 Victoria Street, St. Albans, Herts AL1 3TJ.

Some were sceptical, one or two were downright pessimistic, but along with us, the vast majority were enthusiastic that the concept of a high street web design agency would work. And guess what? It does! And it continues to not only work, but it's thriving and the idea of a creative agency where people can walk in, sit down, have a coffee and a chat with someone who knows what they're doing, doesn't BS them and ultimately wants to make their customers feel important - really works!

We've bucked the downward trend in the marketing & creative industries and are outperforming all our expectations! Everyone loves the concept and even better, loves the end result of what we produce for them because, in short, it makes them money and we make their lives easier!

Since opening, I've been joined by an incredible team of talented individuals who not only share my vision, get me and my "strange" ways but continue to grow with the business and are a formidable force to be reckoned with in our industry. I'm so proud to have each and every one of them on board with me and I couldn't do this without them.

So, thank you to everyone who has played a part or supported us in our continued success and I look forward with anticipation and very high expectations for the new year!

The future is bright, the future's ...

Looking into 2011 there are so many exciting new adventures for our young company.

We're just putting the finishing touches to some very exciting new products which we plan to bring to market in the first few months of the year. They will expand our client base exponentially and dramatically increase our brand awareness and reach. Not only that, they will again, shake up the industry and change the way people view the creative and online industries!

As a company we'll all be taking part in & support several major charity events throughout the year. Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for a some very worthy causes and as the event gets closer, we'll be chasing you all for your help & support in getting us to our target!

We're looking to continue our success, continue to learn and grow as a brand and we're expecting to open our 2nd branch before the end of 2011! I look forward to sharing many of those experiences with you in the coming months!

So, that's all I have to say (which for me is pretty short!).
